Questions operators ask
Before you book
I already pay for software that does some of this.
The platform stores what you upload. It does not decide which roles need which check, does not set rescreen cadence, does not notice a six-month gap, and does not do the monthly work. Keep the platform; we build the system around it and run the cycle. Managed tiers start above the price band of an agency platform precisely because they are not one.
Another consultant offers design-then-manage for $850 a month with no setup and no contract.
Ask them for the Georgia matrix, the provisional clock, the reconciliation across GCHEXS and the Caregiver Registry, and a dated position statement you can hand to a surveyor. Our price is the work performed and the depth of Georgia rule coverage, not a discount. If the cheaper option produces a compliance rate on demand, take it.
What if the Baseline finds nothing?
Then you have a clean roster and a dated Compliance Position Statement certifying it, signed, that you did not have yesterday. That is the deliverable. The fee pays for the work of scoring every person against every applicable requirement, and it is credited in full toward a build within 60 days if you want the system that keeps the number true.
Do you run the background checks?
No, and we never will. You own the provider account and the state portal access; we design and run the workflow around them and track status and dates only. Our team is never in a position to see a report.
Who actually does the work?
A small Georgia team with 17 years in healthcare systems and back-office operations, led by Alexia Scruggs. Delivery quality, intake, and outreach are each owned by a named person under a written participation agreement. The system is built on tools you own — not a portal you rent from us.
